Reflection period/Viewing period

After receiving the product, you have a cooling off period of 14 days within which you can cancel the agreement without giving any reason and return the product. 

Products that are personalized (engraved) can not be returned.

Create Return

To return the product please make the following:

1. Go to your order history. Select the order which you wish to return. Select the product(s) which you wish to return. Add a comment if you wish. Confirm the return. We accept or reject your return message within 48 hours.

2. Include a copy of your return page to the shipment.

3. Product(s) must be complete and undamaged and if possible in their original packaging.

4. You need to take care of the return shipping and the associated costs except in the case of defective good(s).

We check the returned product(s) and then acknowledge receipt by email.

Our administrative department effectuates return payment within 7 days (the original amount paid including shipping and taxes).

If the product was payed with a bank card through the webshop, then the money is returned to the card from which the payment has been done. The period of payment confirmation is form 3 to 30 days from the moment of return made by the Seller.
